YOUR PEOPLE. YOUR AGENTS.

A place on the team.
Connected to the work.

Work with agents in the same conversations and projects as your people. Give each a clear role, and keep their contribution in view.

WORKING TOGETHER

A contribution you can actually see.

An agent’s work belongs alongside the conversation that shaped it. In this example, a marketing team takes an announcement from direction to review.

THE PERSON

Sets the direction.

What matters, what good looks like, and which decision comes next.

THE AGENT

Contributes to the work.

A draft, an update, or a next step grounded in the project.

THE SHARED PROJECT

Keeps the context.

The discussion and the responsibility remain connected.

BEYOND A RESPONSE

Know who owns the next step.

A useful answer is only part of the job. The project should make responsibility and progress easy to find.

A role, not a mystery box.

Recognize the agent you are working with. See its contribution next to the people involved, rather than losing it in a disconnected thread.

Work you can follow.

In the Dallas example, Nate owns dispatch setup. The task shows the dependency on driver confirmation, so the team knows what is still needed.

START WITH YOUR TEAM

Which path sounds like you?

You do not need to choose a model or learn an engine to understand where Water fits. Start with the work you want to do.

Bring the team you know.

Water’s direction is to give existing agents a place alongside your people. Start by identifying which agent should join which project and what work it should own.

  1. Choose a concrete job for the agent.
  2. Identify the people and project it works with.
  3. Review supported connections and permissions when access opens.
Keep me updated

Connection availability and setup requirements will be announced as they are verified. The website previews are not a confirmed integration catalog.

YOUR JUDGMENT STILL MATTERS

People give the work its direction.

Water’s product direction is collaboration with agents, not removing people from the decisions that matter.

Set the objective.

Give the work a clear purpose and define the result you need.

Make the decision.

A draft or recommendation can come from an agent. The project should keep human direction visible.

Review the result.

Know what came back and where it belongs in the work. Keep responsibility understandable.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

A few practical answers.

Details that help you decide whether to follow Water.

Is an agent the same thing as an AI model?

No. A model supplies reasoning. An agent combines that capability with a role, context, and tools to carry out work. Water is the place where people and agents collaborate.

Do I have to use Hydrogen?

Water’s direction includes both Hydrogen-built agents and supported existing agents. The connections available at launch are still being finalized.

What will an agent be allowed to access?

That depends on the supported connection and its configuration. We will publish the actual access and approval behavior before inviting people to use those connections.

Can Spotlight Revenue help with agents for my business?

Yes, we can discuss agents built around your needs. Choose “Bring or build AI agents” when joining the waitlist to indicate that interest.
